I tried Beneprotein and like it in cold foods. It mixes well and you can't taste it. I've had trouble using it in soup because it umps up. Has anyone had success using it in hot foods?

It may seem strange, but I am encouraged to see that I am not the only one frustrated with my weight loss. I am nine days post-op and while I feel a difference, the scale has shown only a four pound weight loss. I am just standing firm on the belief that as long as I stick with the program the weight loss will happen. I'm in this for life so slow weight loss is better than where I've been.

Mine was November 11.
