It took me quite a while to trust this process. At the point I had the sleeve, I was all in. I must accept the combined wisdom and success that is overwhelming from this site. I will be patient and do

Also, this is about time for your first stall (which usually comes at the third week). Just one more reason to focus on your Protein and fluids and not the numbers on the scale. Embrace the Stall!

Shane did you take your measurements? I've read many who stall don't see the scale move, but they are losing inches.

Love the forums; and have been lurking for a few months now. I had my first follow-up with my surgeon today at the three week mark. I had my surgery October 21st.
I was very discouraged when I found out that I only lost 5 lbs since the day of my surgery.
I've read so many posts about people eating once a day... and can only take a few bites before getting full. I'm hungrier now more than ever, and am CONSTANTLY hungry. I keep my calories between 600-800 a day and make sure I do my vitamins; etc.
My doctor didn't seem concerned and basically told me I'm eating too much and to not drink Protein shakes or eat Soup.
Just wanted to see if anyone else had such minimal weight loss at the three week/month range; and if anyone else is freakin' hungry like I am.
Thanks for the feedback, and hope everyone is doing well!
