  2. Thank you for the good post. Gives me a little hope!
  3. Thanks for the encouragement... Much appreciated. I keep telling myself... SCIENCE... Science; why aren't you working?
  4. Thanks for the reply... My starting weight at the day of the surgery was 445 and today weighed in at 439.
  5. Love the forums; and have been lurking for a few months now. I had my first follow-up with my surgeon today at the three week mark. I had my surgery October 21st. I was very discouraged when I found out that I only lost 5 lbs since the day of my surgery. I've read so many posts about people eating once a day... and can only take a few bites before getting full. I'm hungrier now more than ever, and am CONSTANTLY hungry. I keep my calories between 600-800 a day and make sure I do my vitamins; etc. My doctor didn't seem concerned and basically told me I'm eating too much and to not drink Protein shakes or eat Soup. Just wanted to see if anyone else had such minimal weight loss at the three week/month range; and if anyone else is freakin' hungry like I am. Thanks for the feedback, and hope everyone is doing well!
