Down 140 lbs, can't seem to lose last 15lbs!

I'm down 140 lbs, been sitting at 165 for almost a year. I can't seem to lose the last 15 to reach my goal of 150. My two year surgiversary is in February. Any one battle this problem? I've tried calorie restrictions, the 5 day pouch test, liquids diet. I just can't get down! So frustrating! I am happy to how far I've come and most days I still feel 300.i just don't know if this is where my body is most comfortable.- 24 replies
