I am almost 3 years post OP and have started gaining weight. Over the past 4 months I have gained about 15 lbs. I know I am doing some things wrong. Not prepping, eating on the go and more carbs. Should I go back to protein shakes? Any suggestions on how to get back on track. Snack and meal prep suggestions if you have any as well. Thank you!
