    Drinking

My Surgeon was realistic, he said if I'm going to drink, stick to liquor. Beer is way too heavy for a new tummy
  5. Hi guys! I was wondering what you guys have been using on our new hot bods to get rid of the stretchmarks and the scarring from surgery. My surgeon told me to start using a cream but i have NO idea what to try. HELP
  6. Just to throw in my two cents.........I'm 4 months post op and recently did a test on myself, I was stalling for two weeks and was starting to get frustrated. I went out with the girlfriends one night, had a couple vodka diets and low and behold, I dropped 3lbs. lol I was so focused on staying away from alcohol, that wasteful space in my stomach, but I just relaxed, had a couple drinks and now the scale is moving again. does it mean I'm going to have an after work margarita everyday or go kill a plate of Pasta? eff no (I wish lol)! but WLS works differently for everyone. If you're sticking to your diet and start getting frustrated like I was, just relax! indulge in something you've been keeping from yourself, and then LAUGH because you didn't die from having one relaxing meal. as I'm typing this I'm throwing granola on the food scale to have with my Breakfast, this new life is stressful sometimes, but as long as you keep the big picture in mind, you'll do great!! xoxo Katie

    Anybody try eating a lemon?

I do! I'm 4 months out and sometimes when I feel bloated I'll eat lemon. Just do it in moderation because that much acid will upset your new stomach! Or at least I found out it pisses off mine
  8. I can't believe the difference! Went to my 3 month post op checkup a couple weeks ago and I'm 70lbs down!!! only 80 more to go!! #soblessed

I am in Rochester Hills I'm having surgery on Friday at Troy Beaumont. Hi! Awesome! I had mine at Troy Beaumont with Dr. Kole! The only regret I had was not having it sooner!!!
  10. My only regret is that I did not have my surgery sooner! #soblessed

  11. First milestone!!! I fit comfortably in my airline seat AND didn't need the extender to fasten my seatbelt!!! This surgery was the BEST decision I've ever made!!!!

So for the sleeve I think we are supposed to be at 4 oz a meal by now. My tummy tells me I'm finished eating at 2 oz of food a meal. Lol
