    Surgery was on 12/14. Feeling really great. Will talk to NUT on Monday. Looking forward to changing up my food. I have not weighed myself yet. Waiting for post op appointment to get that surprise.

    I am so excited, tomorrow starts my new journey. Surgery is at 10:30. I have lost 18 pounds on my 2 week liquid diet and I am ready! I feel good!

    Same as me! I have put some extra fiber with my protein shakes. I think it helps with a feeling of fullness. Also I am just trying to keep busy getting things in order for when I come home from the hospital and staying out of the kitchen! Good luck!
