Hello everyone!!! I'm new at this forum but tried before to find a related topic. I've done my bypass surgery 6 years ago. I lost around 55 kilos. In the last years, I've been gain some weight (completely my fault)! I gained around 10 kilos. Now, I decided to change this situation and i've started the Dukan diet. I'm at the 20th day and i have lost just around 2 kilos. And i'm very restrict to the diet. I talked with two more friends that did the surgery at the same time as me. Both have the same problem to loose weight. It seems like our body cannot eliminate any weight. Does anyone suffering the same thing here? It is so frustrating! Cheers, t.calgary
