I just got the okay to move onto puréed earlier this week. One scrambled egg with fat free mexican cheese felt like the best thing I’d ever eaten [emoji1373] I’ve also tried light laughing cow cheese, PB2, sabra hummus and fat free refried Beans. It’s been a revelation from all the yogurt and sugar free pudding. I’ve also heard skim milk ricotta cheese is a good choice!

I just had a sald for the first time with eggs, fat free shredded cheese, budding light lunchmeat,
And cherry tomatoes. Let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious!!! Im post-op 8 weeks, and didnt realize how much i missed salad. And guess what? No problems eating it. I just had to share, cant wait till i can try steak...Yeah!!!
What foods do you really enjoy eating, now that you can?

I eat full fat cottage cheese, mayo, ricotta, etc. I stick to greek yogurt. The low fat versions typically have more carbs and don't taste good. Based on the small amount I eat it has never been a concern.

Sashimi after 2 months out should be ok if you don't overdo. Sushi with rice is probably off limits for me until I reach goal. Very high cal and carbs,
