  1. how do you deal with getting yourself to do the things that will create success... i.e., not drinking with meals, not grazing, etc... is it will power alone? does the band keep you full?
  2. Hi everyone~ I was banded in November and my weight loss has been very slow. I have recently started working at home and i think the isolation is getting the best of me. I find myself grazing a lot and not being able to get motivated to do as much exercise as I should. I'm frustrated that I'm faced with the same will power issues that I had before my surgery... needing to use my self control and my own motivation to start exercising.
  3. Hi all~ I was banded by Dr. Ortiz in Tijuana on November 2, 2007. It has been slow going but I got my third fill yesterday and think I may finally be at the right restriction and am ready to get this train rolling! I have been having a hard time finding a support group in Los Angeles or north Orange County. Most the groups are formed by specific physicians and are exclusive to the patients of that particular doctor. I'd love to meet and gather with other bandsters in the Los Angeles area to share our experience, strength and hope. Is anyone out there???? XO Joni:whoo:
