  1. My surgery went very well , I went in about 3 hours later than planed because my doctor was doing a full gastric bypass that ran way over. I was in the operating room 2 hours and recovery 1 hour . Then up to the room to sleep, or so I thought. Seems they had other plans they woke me up several times to see if I was in pain? Check my blood pressure and breathing. They got me up at 9: am to go down to X-ray to make sure the band was in the right place and working. I am sore but sure it will end soon. Eating hasn't been a problem I am on liquids, my doctor said I could go on pureed soups as long as they can pour through a wire strainer. So my wife got me a magic bullet which blends it very well. I'm taking liquid vitamins, V8 tomato juice, boost glucose drink, packets of crystal lite and tea. Go in to see doctor on the 15th for check up see if I lost any weight. Will keep posting updates it good to read how other bpeople are doing. GAMBY
