  2. When did you start eating it its creamy so maybe puréed stage?
  3. Butter? Oil or I can't believe it's not butter spray just so it don't stick?
  4. I hear what your saying my doctor said focus on the water first once I'm able to get the 64 ounces of water than I can move on to try a shake then maybe 2. But I am able to have eggs and cottage cheese so try that water and then the eggs and cottage cheese for some protein. But there is one that I can probably manage one a day dark chocolate Atkins buy one see if it works. Kinda tastes like the end of chcocalte ice cream no protein taste at all. The reason I have issues with it three times a day is because I'm not even a big fan of ice cream even when I was able to what I want
  5. Ohhh wow I hope it doesn't take that long!! I can't go back to work like this nor drive sometimes I feel zoned out all day
  6. The last two days my doctor said worry about my water which I been doing no protein can't stomach it. I had some cottage cheese. Next week I can add mashed potatoes so thinking of mixing it in there???

  8. Alfredo sauce has cheese whipped cream and butter and garlic could that be on the puréed stage? Low fat butter of course
  9. It doesn't say purée eggs it says scrambled I'm kinda nervous like regular scrambled eggs?? Any suggestions what to do
  10. I could climb stirs fine before surgery and once in a blue moon be out of breathe but one week out one flight I'm out of breathe heart racing anyone else

  13. I had my surgery a week tomorrow started at 273 came home weighed 281!!! But today I am at 263!!! I'm excited but don't plan on a ten pound per week probably estimating 30 pounds for the month. Don't worry wait til the end of the month then check.

  16. I've made some great cauliflower pizza way before deciding on the surgery!!! It's amazing I even made it not dieting!! It's that good!! Definitely try to replace that with the regular pizza.

  19. Anyone's stomach black and blue seems like getting darker instead of lighter had my surgery Wednesday??
  20. Only 6 days out! I feel completely full feel like there's something in my stomach but I've only had water and very lil protein!!!
  21. I was also given permission to eat cottage cheese at day 8. On the paper says purée soups purée this but for cottage cheese doesn't say purée so I was confused on that part
  22. When were you allowed to eat cottage cheese?
