For me it happens when I have something that has way too much sugar in it.

It possibly could be mild dumping syndrome. What has your diet looked like today? Sometimes things you least expect will set it off.

    I have had that start happening when I walk a very short distance... companied with cold hands and feet and lethargy... I'm thinking my Iron is very low... I'm going to talk to my nutritionist... Maybe have blood work done if it continues.... I'm 2 weeks post op
