  1. Oh I'm sorry well it's a recipe I thought of prior to surgery when my family and I were trying to eat more healthier so I just put it on 350 maybe like 45 min just until the pepper is soft! I know more recipes needed guys!!
  2. Do you make your own meatballs or do you eat them from like subway? I rather try it out first and I'm not too great at making them lol
  3. I'm going to a party next weekend and I had my surgery 10/7 so I was wondering if meatballs are soft in sauce am I allowed them in the soft stage?? Also eggplant parm?? Wasn't sure about that either since its soft
  4. I just wrote about this in another topic as well no one replied with recipes but I have one HELL of you just take a handful of ground turkey pan fry it with some onion garlic mushrooms put it in a green/yellow/red pepper throw it in the oven with Swiss cheese boom your done!! Now you have yourself a philly pepper closest thing to a philly sandwich in my eyes lol
  5. I'm not sure about how that works but I do know two of my friends about the same time as you did the lap band and unfortunately did not work they lost 70 gained it all back and my doctor won't even perform lap band anymore because he says it clearly does not work for 90 percent of patients... so they also are looking into it. Once I find some information out I will definitely let you know!!
  6. Oh wow okay didn't realize that with the reduced fat nice to know thank you everyone!!
  7. I thought this would be a fun creative way to get ideas for some recipes! There must be one meal that you can't wait to make!! I'm dying to make some philly stuffed peppers!!! You can use red yellow green peppers with ground turkey sautéed onions and mushrooms and garlic mixed in topped with low fat Swiss cheese!!
  8. Anyone eat this and at what stage? I know reduced fat creamy peanut butter and maybe some Melba toast with it. My guidelines have suggestions but not everything that I can and cannot eat.
  9. I went to the market had some salmon cream cheese and avocado yummy!!! It was so good!! Only thing not sure how much to eat or not I'm not full but I feel I might over eat so stopping and I'm only 18 days out.
  10. Ash that sounds awesome!! I crave sushi so outing some raw salmon a acids and a dash of low fat cream cheese will make me think I'm having a Philadelphia roll lmao but I am definitely going to try all those you just stated!!! You started out early right?
  11. Oh wow that's a long time for liquids and puréed food compared to my plan!! Thank you though
  12. In a few days I start soft food do you think raw smoked salmon would be fine? I mean I would assume not because it does say on my sheet to half one piece of toast lol but just trying to get opinions. My surgery was 10/7/2015
  13. Tuna okay nice are you eating plain or with mayo?
  14. I'm over 2 weeks out so don't know when I can add it in but Jose quinoa and broccoli cakes are calling my name
  15. Awesome that's great to hear how far along are you? My doctor says first year worry about protein don't count calories you only can eat so much and you really can't over do it so he says eat what you want after the year is another story!! He said I don't mean go eat McDonald's for the first year either lmao
  16. Anyone eat this? I saw a recipe that looks good it's cheesy quinoa and broccoli cakes but I figure you can slice some lil pieces of chicken in the pattie cakes as well seems healthy
