Favorite recipes?

I am stuck in a rut, eat the same thing everyday. Being single, I like easy recipes that I can make very small quantities. Some foods frozen just don't work for me now! What is one of your favorite easy recipes?

This is one of mine-but only when cooking for multiple people!! http://damndelicious.net/2014/05/30/pf-changs-chicken-lettuce-wraps/?m

Sounds good!

@@sarahbethemails -- I just saw your other post and loved it but you didn't mention that you pop it in the oven! What temp and for how long?

I don't have a fave recipe yet but am looking forward to others posting here so I can find one! or more!

Thanks!

Oh I'm sorry well it's a recipe I thought of prior to surgery when my family and I were trying to eat more healthier so I just put it on 350 maybe like 45 min just until the pepper is soft! I know more recipes needed guys!!

@@sarahbethemails Don't be sorry--it sounds amazing. I'm just really excited to try it tonight!

@@sarahbethemails OMG!!!! So good! I did some salt and pepper but I might add some garlic powder next time but it was amazing. I had hopes of really sitting down and enjoying the meal but the best laid plans... lol. Had to take a conference call and eat during the call. But I have leftovers for tomorrow night and can't wait for it. Thanks for sharing!!!

I made the ricotta bake that everyone on here talks about tonight and it was amazing! I baked it in muffin tins and the quantity was perfect!

Definitely going to be trying this when I'm cleared to!

I also had another recipe I wanted to try take a jalenpeno pepper slice it in half take some ground turkey scallion garlic low fat cream cheese salt pepper mix it stuff each side of the pepper and bake it 350 for like 35/45 minutes yummy I made this prior to surgery as well but sometimes I used sausage cream cheese garlic scallion and a little maple syrup but I would not suggest that way anymore lol
