I was banded april 14th . I have had left shoulder pain since post op day 2. It is better when I am in chair laying back. Mine has no relation to full or empty. I just started mushies but I had it when I was on clears. It is worse when I bend. It gets worese at times then is just faintly there. If I rub the area it seems to help briefly. I had thought it had sumtn to do with being able to burp. But now not so sure. I have read many threads and havent found a answer. So I thought I would tell you my expierence. Good luck.

I start my pre-op diet on march 31st. I am so nervous about the pre-op diet and excited too. Let me know how yours is going. Good Luck..!!

Just made the decsion that this the the road I want to travel. I havent been to the first appt yet . I have a long road but I am ready for this long over due change .
