I want to be healthy and have more energy and feel better about myself. I am 44 years old and have been overweight my entire life. I grew up thinking that I was just a "big guy" and that was ok. Once I turned 40 the struggle to lose weight and even maintain my weight got even harder. I know I need to do something now so I can change the path I am currently on and live a long healthy life.
