  1. My date is 2/23 & my doc put me on a 2 week liquid diet. I can have a 4 oz chicken breast or fish baked of course along with non starchy vegetables. They told me to continue taking vitamins like biotin and vitamin d so that's what I'm doing.
  2. Yes my fault I meant to say that it embedded in the uterus
  3. I'm on the pills and my doc recommended that I switch to either the iud or the implant but was really leaning towards the iud. My aunt had the iud and hers ended up going through her cervix and then I read on Facebook that another woman had the iud and hers ended up in her uterus. She's going to have to have surgery to have it removed and if they can't get it out without any complications she may have to have a hysterectomy and she's only 28! I need help on deciding which birth control to switch to. Don't want the depo b/c of the slow weight loss & the iud is definitely not an option.

  5. Thanks for this thread. I was told that after surgery I would stay cold. I was just wondering how soon after surgery that happens.
  6. I'm scheduled for February 23rd and my two week liquid diet starts on 2/9!
  7. I wish I only had to do the liquid diet for a week. Having to do it for two weeks seems like it's going to be hard, but I'm determined to get thru it.
  8. My info was submitted the last day of my appointment and two days later got a call saying that I was approved
  9. My surgery date is February 23rd!! It's beginning to sink in that it's about to happen YIKES!!! Nervous and excited to say the least. I start the liquid diet on 2/9...wish me luck!
  10. When I first started here and got to see the tractions being put on, and seeing the doctors "set the bones" it really creeped me out lol.

  12. I have Medcost through CHS also and I was wondering how much did you end up paying out of pocket?
  13. I'm wondering the same thing. Dr. office & insurance don't really know. My insurance told me the most I'd have to pay would be $3900. I just would like to have a more accurate amount.
