My friends pushed me out of the circle post weight loss surgery. They stated they didn't want to make me feel bad eating around me.
Since then I've upgraded to better more active friends. My surgery weeded out the duds.

I set multiple alarms to go off between 5 and 530. I feel like I'm trick in myself when I work out in the am.....then I can be a bum post work.

I've lost 78'lbs and it's hard for me to see...I think it is because I was in denial about how big I was. Everyone else seems to notice.

I went to a festival and the shower house was 5 blocks away. I walked there in a dress with no leggings underneath! No chub rub!

If it makes you feel better, I got stuck on 211 too! It was my first stall! I thought my scale was mocking me! I'm down 67 lbs since my surgery in July...my stall was at 3 months.

I love the purge....I've worn the same size since the late 90s and my closet is ridiculous. It's nice and hat it's shrinking and I get to reinvent my wardrobe.
Plus I always need the deductions at tax time!
