  1. I felt the same way too. What have I done?! I wanted to eat everything I loved but couldn't even taste a bite. Everything smelled delicious. Its like you were forced to break up with your best friend and you never got to say goodbye! But all of the sudden, a month later you gulp down Water and realize it wasn't a tiny sip..and nothing hurts! You go to tie your shoes and you can reach! You realize you're no longer sore anywhere. Fast food smells awful. Your feet/knees aren't screaming sore. Your old jeans fit. Your bras are loose. I could go on all night..... As a professional cook who has unlimited access to food ALL day, there are few people who have temptation like I do. But I've never been happier or more in control. 100% sure you will be so happy with your decision xoxoxo
  2. I haven't told anyone about my surgery. Don't want fb friends to figure it out either. Let us know about that... Had surgery 8/17. I'm down 35lbs . No prob w recovery. Worried I eat too fast. Worried I will stretch my stomach. Other than that, best thing I ever did.

Head hunger is the perfect name! I work in my parents Italian food market....cooking, baking, chopping, stirring, all kinds of food for 8 hours a day. I don't get hungry like this at work when I'm busy, focused or happily chatting w people. It's when I'm in the car, at home, feeling bored, watching tv, lying in bed.... Head hunger strikes!!

Me too! I am hungry two hours after eating. Protein drinks don't kill those pangs. A spoonful or two of cottage cheese helps. Mostly I drink water to get the full feeling but sometimes that makes me nauseated. I get full fast, don't get me wrong. I just really wish I wasn't hungry!!
  5. My job is similar to waiting tables. I'm in a cafe/deli cooking and waiting on customers 9 hrs a day. Carrying heavy pots, boxes of vegetables etc and I went back after 10 Days. I had terrible pain the first day after 4 hrs of work and had to leave. I worked a half day the next day and by day 13 it was like surgery never happened.
