    I also had my sleeve on the 16th. Have had no nausea or dry heaved since I have increased my walking and activity. Wednesday afternoon I felt like a new person and can finally handle more fluids and protein shake. My doc sent me home with zofran but only took it twice. Keep moving but watch for dehydration. ????

    I am two days out from VSG. I am having a hard time getting my prescribed 60 grams of protein and fluids recommended. I feel full and then get nauseous. Any suggestions?
