Hello! Thanks for responding! I'm really new to this..I'll post again in the other thread. Question: Are you anxious/nervous at all? I've been on the Weightloss roller coaster for years, losing and gaining over and over again. I think my biggest fear is regaining the weight or struggling to meet goal. My doctor uses a 40f and I know nothing about his technique yet. It's a MTF and that's why I'm looking for people who have been his patients and may have answers. None the less, I'm 5'2" and 229lbs. I need A lot of help with restriction even though I mostly make good food choices. I still over eat! -
