  1. Yes!! I am sure it is because I don't ever make it to 64 oZ's a day. I usually get half of that no matter how hard I try.
  2. 3 weeks Post Op and no, I do not eat my workout calories. I try to get between 500 and 700 calories a day. I struggle to get above 400 most days though.
  3. I'm in!! Starting weight today is 270.4. My goal is to exercise 5 times a week for at least 30 mins at a time. So I'll set this goal for three hours a week to push myself. Going to set my Goal weight at 250. I am 3 weeks post op.
  4. Same here. I was sleeved 12/7 and I still have loud noises. It is so weird!
  5. Oh gosh, where do I start? Since I was just sleeved 12/7, my main goal is to continue to lose weight. I am beginning to get more active, but a resolution is to become more and more active. I want to start hiking, which I have never been able to do. I live close to a State Forest and would love to visit there a whole lot more and do walking and hiking there. My non weight goal, is to be a better person, and become more spiritual. Become closer to God. Also, possibly go back to school and get a second Accounting degree. Still pondering this one though ) Good luck to everyone!!!
  6. 270.8. Thanks again Steph!
  7. Dr. A was wonderful for my surgery. I healed really quick and I am doing great. 3 weeks out today!!
  8. You can buy the Premier Protein shakes at Walmart or Cosco. We buy the Unjury and soups straight from the Unjury website, MyBariatricPantry.com or even the store here on BariatricPal.com. Hopefully this helps. ????????????
  9. 3 weeks Post-Op and so proud of how my Christmas went. My husband and I walked everyday even on Christmas and even in the rain. We also realized we can have very small portions of some of our favorites. We always do breakfast on Christmas so I was able to eat a scrambled egg and a few very itty bitty bites of ham. I am very pleased with the Sleeve so far!! Looking forward to the New Year!!!!
  10. LMBO! Just as Phat2016 stated, I now need to get more panties as mom use to say wear your good ones outside in case you get in an accident, I would hate for the doctor to see what I'm wearing now. I just keep holding out before I buy new ones. lol! Here's hoping I don't get in an accident.
  11. I am 16 days post op and I had this problem too. Although it is better, I am still having trouble getting enough. I just get full so easy, and don't feel like trying to force Water down. Good luck, and I hope it improves soon!!
  12. which fibre brands r u buying? Sent from my GT-I9500 using Tapatalk I am taking just some OTC fiber pills and am starting some powder fiber to put in my food today.
  13. ~Your underwear that once barely made it to your belly button and always rolled down, now almost fits all the way up under your boobs!! ~Your co-workers start calling you "skinny" even though you are still far from it. Just the change in you has them calling you that ~Had to buy a belt for my jeans ~Shirts that were once too short now come down and hide my belly.
  14. So I was doing awesome and then the severe constipation hit. Do me a favor sleevers......take as much fiber supplements as you can. This has been horrible!!!
  15. Happy Birthday my love!!!! Find comfort in knowing that we are going through this journey together. If we get through you birthday without eating all that bad stuff then maybe we will be fit enough to take an awesome hike on mine in May!!! ????????????
  16. He picked the kiss and I gave it to him on your behalf!! Heheehe

  19. It took me a week and half before I felt a little hungry. But you need some energy so try to get your protein in. It really helped me. I did have a problem and still do getting my fluids in. Just hard to remember to sip all day. Funny b/c I never had a problem before.
  20. I wasn't supposed to start until Monday but I was doing so well and was told to try and work things in slowly when I felt ready. But I am still taking it VERY SLOW. ☺️
  21. I was sleeved on the 7th. What do your meals consist of? Today was the first day I had soft/puréed foods. Couldn't eat but maybe 10 tiny tiny bites.
  22. Lol I heard that after surgery your digestive changes so that's probably why... It can be for awhile temporary or you are just tire of them... You should try other kinds of protein shakes and see luck Try the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chocolate Splendor. It is fantastic!!!!
