  4. Hey ladies!! The GYN squeezed down on me and said he didn't feel anything abnormal, and that my Pap from 5 months ago was fine, he says to go and see him as soon as the bleeding stops (but not to wait longer than a week) so that he can repeat the pap? He also did lab work to check out my hormones. I'll know the results next week. I expressed how scared I was of anemia since I'm bleeding so much, so he's also checking my hemoglobin!! 7. Eating is sometimes hard for me too. I try to make sure whatever I eat is "wet" think chicken with mayo, steak with ketchup! It's the easiest way for it to go down! But I'm grateful for it, I eat for pleasure so making it unpleasant for me is a blessing in disguise. Good luck & congrats on the weight loss!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. I've been part of this forum for over a year now, and witnessed some bullying on here. I also don't delve into the arguments because that's exactly what these cyber bullies want!! I figure these are people that were probably bullied at some point in their lives and feel the need to (finally feel empowered) become the bully rather than the bullied! The few I do remember have been banned from this forum. If we don't react it's not fun for them! Lets try to refrain from giving them any attention!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  23. The reset, to me at least, was more of a detox. Sometimes we stray and eat things we shouldn't and feel less restriction and/or more hungry. The reset detoxes the sugar out of your system and gives your tummy a break, sort of letting you feel that really fill feeling we all had in the very beginning Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  24. See my post above but in s nutshell, I've been told that we should be eating like that for the rest of our lives to avoid regain Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  25. So you stay on day 5? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using the BariatricPal App Well technically we should all be on day 5 for the rest of our lives. Solid Proteins some low carb fruits and veggies. Although life tends to happen and we sometimes stray, these are our new tummy's policy. Or so I've been told Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
