    I dislike NY auto correct too, you you do need to get your protein it it helps your body heal and keeps your body strong during the healing process.

    Yes it's high in protein and I can tolerate it before surgery and being lactose intolerance have less problems than regular milk.

    I would say to be safe ask doctor surgeon or health care professional. If cigarette smoke is dangerous after surgery best to be safe than sorry.
