    The last supper...

I went to pizza but, had EVERYTHING, including hot cookiedough. Twas yum!
  8. That's not too bad then. 1g of sugar you say? Hmmm, may have to look into buying some. Well done for getting your room prepared, I've still to do mine. You certainly have!
  9. Gosh, that's expensive. How big are the bags?
  10. Thanks. It's strange that the pre-op diets are all so different. I'm so jealous of both of your diets! I hope it is all worth it.
  11. I'm in Sheffield. No shakes at all just 3 pints of milk, 2 low fat yogurts and 2 litres of water
  12. My surgery is on the 28th (UK) I'm on 3 pints of milk and 2 yogurts only, I would give anything to have even just a teaspoon of cottage cheese! Lol
  13. When you've got constipation you have to clear it all out before trying to prevent it. Enema or colonic irrigation seem to work best. Once it's all been cleared out you can work on preventing it from happening again by adding more fibre, having a small amount of prune juice everyday etc. (Obviously consult your doctor before doing such things) Best of luck!

    Looking for support!

It might be a good idea to check out if there are any weight loss surgery support groups in your area, stop you feeling so alone. My hospital runs a good group that meets once a month, I'm haven't had a chance to attend yet but will certainly be doing so once I have the surgery.
