I haven't told anyone but my immediate family. I'm 1 year 11 months. Post op. And since I'm physically unable to do normal exercises due to nOH. My weightloss was more subtle. 4 lbs from my goal weight. Then maybe another 10 lbs and I'm set!! G.O.A.L.S. 💯👍🙏 -

8/27 is my surgery date, and I am so excited!
