  1. Hi I was just wondering if anyone could fill me in on a few things that have got me confused. I just had my first fill today and my surgeon said to do liquids today, tomorrow soft foods and Friday regular food. I don't feel full when I eat. I have had instant potatoes which have gone down great. He said Friday I should go on regular food but most time it feels like things get stuck. The soft food go right down. I guess what I didn't understand was that you wouldn't feel full on soft foods. What type of food do you need to eat to feel full. Should cream soups and potatoes stay out of my diet..........If any can shed some light I'd appreciate it..Thanks J.:help:
