  8. I actually said out loud today "why does food have so many calories?" When I went to my consult the PA put me on a diet where I eat every 3 hours no more than 4 ounces at a time and under 1500 calories. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  12. It went well. I didn't meet the surgeon yet. I got everything but the surgery scheduled. They say I can have surgery by the end of November. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I had my consult today. I scheduled everything but the surgery. Due to my insurance not requiring a 6 month supervised diet she said I could have surgery as early as November if everything goes ok. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  25. Someone in a thread told me to drink a bottle of Water and go to bed to avoid eating at night. Granted I drink the bottle of water and go to bed at 9 or 9:30 otherwise I would sit and eat from boredom until 11 or so. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
