    Good and meal ideas

Let me just add some things I eat I am 3.5 months out and have been released to eat almost everything except salad and steak. Eggs, cream of wheat, Greek nonfat yogurt, all kinds of cheese, low sodium lunch meat, potato, avocado, humus, chicken, Pork roast, cooked fresh veggies, sugar free pudding, almond milk, inspire protein, quest protein bars, cauliflower rice, tofu. Almost anything my sleeve will tolerate. My favorite treat is 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla protein and a sugar free Crush orange packet blended with ice it tastes like an orange dream Popsicle!

    Dizziness!

Low bp, get your fluids in and sodium.
  6. So I know my doc told me to wait 30 minutes before and after eating to start drinking again, but should I be waiting longer after I eat? I still feel full in the bottom part of my stomach but am also thirsty. Sleeved on 10-13-15

    Financing?

I refinanced my home and took the money that was needed from the equity.
  8. I am 3.5 months out and have lost 38 pounds. HW 246 SW 224 CW 186. 5'8" I not only stall but go up and down with my weight. I have not had a consistent weight loss since surgery. This past week I had a 4 pound gain. Which I know is not possible because I eat 900-1100 calories daily and run 3-4 miles daily and strength train 2-3 days a week. I only weigh myself once a week because I feel so discouraged. But I know to stay positive because I have gone from a women's 20 to a size 14.

    Questions

I am 3 months post op and I just started getting 1000 cals a day, I also have started running again and training for a half marathon, so I make a great protein shake in the am which is between 300-400 cals. When you are eating healthy it is harder to get in 1000cals a day. Don't worry so much about calories right now Focus on fluids and protein the rest will fall into place as time passes.

    Running

Thanks this will help. I think some of my problem right now is I am not hydrating and I am confusing my thirst for hunger.
  12. I am 3 months post op and am starting to train to do my first 5k. I notice after about 4 hours after I workout I am really hungry. I do come home and have a protein shake and also 3 ounces of chicken later for dinner. But still feel so hungry ( tummy growling, headache). Any advise on eating while starting my training. My goal is 1/2 marathon the end of May for my 37th birthday.
