    9/2/15 - Can't Eat Enough

    Just curious.... How big of bites are you taking? And are you chewing till it's mush? That was the hardest thing for me, slow down, chew completely and smaller bites. I haven't had that pain as long as I remember to do those things. Sent from my SM-T810 using the BariatricPal App

    Emotional after exercise

    I would say that you are, my doc told me to take a break and also took me off BP meds. I exercise 3 to 4 day's a week and really work on keeping my food in line being as this is a life change. It needs to be something we can handle long term.

    I actually did this today and so far so good, I'm thinking it's also because I'm not seeing any movement in the scale for 2 weeks now and having a hard time introducing new foods. Just a lot of changes for the 8 week mark! Thank you for your reply! ????
  10. Hi this is my first time posting, I've been a creeper till now. ???? I'm wondering if any one else experiences being really emotional a day or so after exercise? I'm 8 weeks out from rny surgery and everything has been smooth sailing on my journey so far, but I tell you what after I exercise I want to cry or rip heads off! All I'm doing is walking for 2 min then do planks or squats or wall squats for a minute and do this for 40 min. How long will this last?
