I'm 5 weeks and had no hunger at all until about 2 weeks ago. I have slight twinges of hunger, but could be the head hunger. It's so hard to tell. It's nothing like the pre surgery hunger.
My stomach gurgles too. Especially when I eat.

I had RNY in early July and am just starting to be back to normal. I ended up pulling an internal staple the 2nd cause I thought I ok to bend and clean, laundry, ect. Just be careful for the first month.

What did your Protein, carbs, fats, and calories look like around this time? Mine: 650-800 cal 70-90 protein 50 or less carbs and 40 or less fat grams. I have been stalled for over a week and very frustrated!! 33 down.
