5 weeks out.

What did your protein, carbs, fats, and calories look like around this time? Mine: 650-800 cal 70-90 protein 50 or less carbs and 40 or less fat grams. I have been stalled for over a week and very frustrated!! :( 33 down.

I've already lost 5lbs this week. I think my body was just taking a break.

My macros look like that. Are you getting any exercise?

I'm at 6 weeks and only getting about 500 calories. Stay focused more on lean protein, that helped me when I stalled too. My Dr said that it's usually around 5-6 weeks to expect a stall. Hang in there, the pounds will keep falling off!!
