They are. They try not to say it a lot without out saying I love you no matter what size you are lol. They are careful because they don't want to hurt my feelings I suppose .. But we all know mommy has changed and we all love it!!Fantastic!! I got the surgery because I didn't want to be the fat mom at the park, too. You look very healthy and happy. I bet your kids are happy to have an active mom.
Thank you!!You look fantastic!

It took me about a month and a half to see a change. I went from a 20 to 16, now I can wear 8-11 depending on the store and where you shop.

Thanks I feel fantastic too. And so will you! I was a ball of nerves leading up to surgery. I was worried about every single thing all for nothing it went fine. But you can't help it .. The day I stopped worrying was right after they were done I wouldn't change anything about it.I'm two weeks away from surgery and starting to get nervous already....thank you for sharing your journey. It helps so much to hear from people who have made it to the other side. You look fantastic!

Yes the process would have been much faster had I seen the psychologist sooner his schedule was hectic that's what took the longest. I was done with everything by July! But thank you I'm totally embracing everything. And enjoying life for the first time in a long time. Congrats on starting your journey! @@Muted_Tummy

You are so welcome. I have had those days and it's an uphill battle some days are better then others... How the diet? Exercise regimen? that's what's usually the situation with me. My eating to many wheat crackers with my tuna lol. It will get better. Trust me!Congratulations, I feel a bit discourage today (it's been 2 months since my surgery and I still feel fat). Looking at your photos is very encouraging. Thank you for sharing :-)

Right!! My husband is way more willing to go out now!! He says this is the cheapest he's ever spent. He loves it.
Thanks!! Yea restaurant eating still amazes me .. I love it even more I'm basically paying for lunch and dinner I'm always tickled by that. I'm going to have to try the burger with the mushrooms I've never had them before. Sounds tasty!Congratulations, you're doing great!!! Restaurant eating is easy! Skip the pre-dinner bread and cocktails, order a nice cut of meat (don't worry about the sauce), trade-in the starch for a second veggie, skip dessert, and take the leftovers home for tomorrow's lunch. That's still more than you can eat in one meal, right? And by the way, a burger with cooked mushrooms and onions (and blue cheese if you like) is even more amazing without the bun! Enjoy the ride!!!
I always joke that I'm a "cheap date" now, because I'm always ordering off the appetizer menu or just sharing an entree.

I started this process in June/2015 the surgery was August/2015. I went through so many different emotions, one of the largest hurdles was bored eating. My family didn't support me. The only 2 people that did was my husband and sister. Everyone else said it was the "easy way out". I couldn't play with my children. Go on field trips with them or anything like that. I would sit on the bench during the time at the park because I couldn't keep up with them with out feeling out of breath and embarrassing them. I Had to sleep downstairs sometimes because I couldn't make it up stairs. (Laziness) Coming to this decision was never an easy task, but ultimately the best decision I've made in a long time. I've hit stalls, have extra skin, boobs are non existent etc, but I wouldn't change anything about this journey. Sure I can't eat like I did before but who would miss that when that's the reason I was overweight to begin with. There are days that I want a burger with the works lol, but I'm learning to curb my cravings or wants. I love the new me and I won't allow food to win ever again.
One heck of a roller coaster that I won't dare stop riding!
