So it turns out my wife is gay...

Hey @@Smye how did the break up go?? I know it wasn't easy .. It's always going to be easier said then done. Some people will never understand that. Anywho, I hope it went as well as to be expected.

So it turns out my wife is gay...

@@Smye Thats a tricky one letting someone down easy ...I hope that goes well for you, she might understand and she might not. I agree, children are always the first priority so there's no time to wait it out. My girls are very smart and retain a lot of their surroundings, so you are right to want your son around someone that is emotionally stable. You will get to where you need and want to be. I personally feel the actress would be a good start. Friendship that is. That's the best way to start!!
  3. Should I start from week 1 again or just stay at week 4 which is where I'm at now, still soft foods? Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App I would just stick to the stage you are on now.. Soft foods should be fine .. That's and the 64 ounces of water and exercise for a hour a day or more depending on you.

So it turns out my wife is gay...

So are you going to break things off? Have you thought it all through?
  6. I was told not to eat any solids or soft solids until the recommended dates due to the healing process. Your weight loss will pick up again but it's best you stick with the plan that was given. This happened to me to I just went back to what I was told to do, and I was fine. How's your water intake? And exercise routine? I didn't begin adding my own person touch too the diet until month four. I'm seven months out and I'm at goal. Well below goal. Goodluck. You can do it. Follow the docs orders I know you get tired but it is for your protection for now.

    Protein Only

I would see a NUTRITIONIST ... I'm allowed to have 80-100g protein, now I am able to do 700-900cal (although I only make it to 400-600 on most days) 60g carbs and 20g sugar I'm 7months out my diet plan has starch (potatoes, toast, etc no pasta rice) veggies and fruit. Every doc is different .. And they might say it because you might not have room for anything else..
  8. I did not. I've been very, very lucky, and I exercise quite a lot. Lifting weights has helped me immensely, as well as "good genes" I suppose. You both look absolutely AMAZING! Great job! Thank you!!!
  9. You loook awesome honey great job.. I'm doing wonderful. I see a huge difference when I take pictures it still amazes me that I was that size .. I thought I looked better then I actually did lol.. Confidence.. Still have it just have to get used to shopping in regular sized sections

I kinda like the weight I'm at now which is a wonderful feeling!!! How close are you to your surgery date? What are you stats? Goal weight etc? I love older model homes they have so much more craftsmanship.. I'm sorry to hear about your lost. Lost is never an easy thing to cope with. But I'm also glad you are closer to the hospital!! Right now I'm not sure I believe I'm in maintenance, I'm currently 149.5 I would like to stop losing not sure how though.. Never thought I would have that problem. It's a welcomed problem I might add!!! How close are you to surgery? What's your stats? Or did you have it?

  19. I got my self a new work out suit and a water bottle. On sale [emoji18]!! I also went dancing lol. I did give myself a sugar free jello only 10 cal. And tastes splendid. Only ate one my kids took the other 3!!! Congrats on your milestone ..
  20. I started this process in June/2015 the surgery was August/2015. I went through so many different emotions, one of the largest hurdles was bored eating. My family didn't support me. The only 2 people that did was my husband and sister. Everyone else said it was the "easy way out". I couldn't play with my children. Go on field trips with them or anything like that. I would sit on the bench during the time at the park because I couldn't keep up with them with out feeling out of breath and embarrassing them. I Had to sleep downstairs sometimes because I couldn't make it up stairs. (Laziness) Coming to this decision was never an easy task, but ultimately the best decision I've made in a long time. I've hit stalls, have extra skin, boobs are non existent [emoji23][emoji23] etc, but I wouldn't change anything about this journey. Sure I can't eat like I did before but who would miss that when that's the reason I was overweight to begin with. There are days that I want a burger with the works lol, but I'm learning to curb my cravings or wants. I love the new me and I won't allow food to win ever again.
  21. @@Alex Brecher Thank you very much! You are absolutely correct their support meant a lot to me. I couldn't sit back a dwell on those that didn't support me, I had to celebrate and appreciate those who did. I enjoy life so much more now. And will always cherish this tool. Btw thanks for the wonderful site. It has been a vital part of my recovery. [emoji18][emoji18][emoji178][emoji178][emoji178]
