Happy New Year to All of You! I stepped on the scale this morning, hoping to have lost 100lbs since I started 4 months ago. I did it! I am actually down 102 pounds. so excited to start this Healthy New Year and a Healthy New Me!

Thanks All. @jane13 indeed I did make it. almost didn't but the day before New Years Eve, I broke that 100lbs. Hope you are moving in the right direction! Happy New Year!

@dlappjr I haven't gained - but I haven't lost either - so, I am hoping to get my head on straight and back at it now that I am back at work
