  1. I hand my band to RNY on December 28 as you know...the first 3 weeks was tough because my revision was all in one and the band had done more damage...erosion.etc...I now feel great...no acid reflux ,no pain and no port site issues,no dumping.I feel great.I am losing slowly but steadily.I am ok with all foods. No problems.I actually feel really good.I need to get in the exercise and I struggle with getting my water intake but I just feel great.Overall....all the hoops and steps to finally get this revision is proving to be definitely worth it....get it done...you will feel so much better!!!!!!

Can you accept the fact that he is trying to tell you it's over?Separate bedrooms."Don't push me"?Buzz words for your marriage is over as you know it.He knows your delicate and he is going through an adjustment phase for your benefit. So you start to realize and adapt to the evolution of the relationship.Get counseling for yourself.YOU are worth it.

  13. Since you are having a mini bypass it is very difficult for me to compare to a full on bypass which is more complex. Each person is different.5 weeks out I still have low energy.
  14. Don't be influenced by family chatter...keep on course.Get whatever you need to do.If you back out of this surgery you will regret it.You need your tool to get the 60 pounds off and maintain the loss.It is getting very tough to get insurances to approve these days...consider yourself privileged to get insurance to cover your procedure. You have to be sure and take control. Are you ready?
  15. I am still on soft foods....my water Intake I am working on.I get 2 premier protein drinks and I have puréed soup.I am not losing the way I think I should but I guess I have to get through this stall.Keep doing what I am doing and keep patient.
