Hello, I had my sleeve surgery exactly one week from today and Protein shakes are too sweet. HELP What can I do? Also, my stomach makes terrible noises all day and to top it off diarrhea started today. Please tell me this will pass. -
Hello, I know this is probably a dumb question but how will I know when I'm full? I had my surgery exactly a week today and have basically just been sipping on Protein drinks. Well now I'm ready to start soft foods and don't want to overeat. Will I feel full by having a tight stomach feeling or is it best to just measure out my food? I don't want to stretch my sleeve. Please help.
