  2. Hi All! I'm going to have my sleeve in just under three weeks. Knowing that I go back to work at my busy NYC ER (I'm a nurse) at 2 weeks post op, I'm in search of a really good electrolyte powder that's sugar free. Summer is our down season and I'll have no heavy lifting (I work in pediatrics), but I'd love to have something in powdered form so that I don't have to carry bottles of fluids in with me for my shifts. If all else fails, I know my colleagues will hook me up with a bag of fluids during my break, but I'd rather it not come to that.... Thanks for your recs.
