First time back.
I went to the gym tonight, with a physical therapist. Covered by insurance and I have reached my high deductible so yeah Ill go till January. Any how it was awesome to get back, it's been 8 weeks and I didn't realize how good it felt. And having a "trainer " is a bonus. So check with your surgeon and see if they have an after care exercise program through physical therapy. It's called M. O. V. E here in Rochester NY. Now my problem is finding time for one more thing.! ????

Weight gain
Sorry Krystal that was for a previous post. Go back to your roots. Let you tiny tummy know who's boss. Look at what you were eating and what you ate eating and go from there. You caught yourself early that is good. Look at old photos and remember the pain physical and emotional and all the work you've done on two years. Go on a second "honeymoon" phase show yourself your worth it...

Weight gain
I am sure you are fine. If you gained 4 pounds it wasn't because of one day. Think back are you eating a lot of fruit(carbs), drinking enough water? Relax listen to you body. Keep reading and posting you'll find an answer.

No food
I am 7 weeks out, not loosing slot but I'm OK with that. However, I don't want to eat! Nothing tastes good by the time I chew and savor it's all cold. It's such a chore trying to find protein(i hate lugemuns) when you know you can only get in a few oz. It doesn't add upt to very much. I've done Deli turkey Roll ups, egg salad yogurt chicken chicken chicken......theres not room for anything else so I sit down to a 2-3 of piece of grilled chicken. Boring, popcycles save my life. HELP

6 week follow up
Went to see surgeon today for 6 week check up. I am on stage 5 foods, sooo happy. Lost 7 pounds in 4 weeks. A little disappointed but she assures me its OK, that the sleeve is a slow steady tool rather than a drop fast tool. Every thing was good and I am cleared for exercise. Even got a script for obese physical therapy. Private trainer. Water exercise training program. Paid for by my insurance.. So it was a good day...

Therealmelshere I asked my Dr to write a note for work but he explained it is not temporary and I will have to figure this out forever. My boss try to over look my "ileagle" activity. But there are 30 other people in my dept. Do he does his best to be fair. Slim fast is high in carbs I've tried many the gag factor is the final choice. Lol I'm sure this will get better. Thank for your help.

Don't want to eat
It been 2months that I've been sleeved, and I just don't feel right. I'm sure it's not a big problem but it bothers me. I've lost 22 surgery pounds,36 pretty surgery. My problem is I just don't want to eat, it's to much work. You get all that fixing and prep done and after 2 or 3oz your done. Now you get to eat the rest of that food all week. I'm eating healthy but finding it hard to choose to eat or drink. I work in food service do we have to leave our department to drink, I manage about 8 oz at work. One break, half hour lunch, food or liquid? When I'm hungry my stomach feels nauseous and bloated. While I eat I can feel the fullness come, by the time I get back to my dept I feel like I'm hungry again. Bloated nauseous. I can't tell if I'm hungry or full. I eat small meals. 1/4 cup egg for breakfast slim fast for break(drank over a couple hours) lunch 2oz turkey, some veggie, and I'm done. Break 1/2 cheese stick. Dinner mostly chicken and veg. I don't want to feel blah everytime I eat. I used to live to eat now I have to eat to live. I don't enjoy it at all. Any tips. Thank.
