Down 30 pounds and feel fantastic. Still learning how to eat and intake proper amounts of water and protein but all is well. :-)

It is incredible. I started my journey at 397....pre op was 377 now sitting at 341.....awesome!!!

Liquid diet going great and I feel awesome. Cannot wait for tomorrow. Good luck to all of you and I'll check in after I am coherent. :-)

At the hospital!! Surgery about an hour away....would love a water but feeling great. New Life....here I come.

Seems like many doctors have different procedures. My sleeve is this Friday. He started me on a no sugar no carb diet this past Saturday. I will switch to liquid only on Wednesday. -

I am in Birmingham and am having my surgery Friday. Started my pre-op diet this weekend and cannot wait!!!!!
