Love them!! The only way I get my vitamins in regularly. I do the multivitamin plus and the B12 energy patch. Skinthology.com has good discounts and free shipping.

    Drinking coffee

My fav decaf is Barista Prima Italian roast K cups @ Keurig site online. I did decaf pretty much post op week 2 on until 3-4 mo out and still alternate with regular at times to keep my caffeine a bit lower. If I drink too much caffeine, my stomach hurts. I am 9 months post op. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

You might call United Way or other organizations. Our town has a legal service organization that offers services at reduced costs. Will pray for you and your family. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  11. Agreed!! Horrible idea for sure.
  12. I found myself super hungry and not losing. I bumped myself from 1200 to 1400 cal/day and actually started losing more. And when i work out heavily, I will allow myself a couple hundred extra if i am hungry. It seemed to help me. That calorie count seems really low. Good luck!!

    Calorie intake

I asked my doc to give me a limit at that stage, and he said 1200 calories. I now eat around 1400 a day usually. I noticed when i got around 1000, I felt a TON better. But agree with the others, focus on the protein first! You need to get that in.
  14. I am 7 months out and still struggle with food addiction. The good news is that I can eat only so much if I have a day I eat some "bad " foods. Sweets are so much sweeter and don't taste right, so that has been a huge benefit for me. I still see my therapist, as i know this will be a lifelong struggle. A couple of books- "It was me all along" by Andie Mitchell. And I just picked up the "Head Hunger coloring book and journal' on Amazon. Good luck!!
  15. I understand. I did not tell my parents until after I was home from the hospital due to the same thing. You know that you made the right call for you. That is all that matters. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
