I was sleeved on February 16. I started at 298 and this morning I weighed 208. The total since pre-op diet is 92 pounds! I feel great, am walking 10,000 steps and swimming laps in the pool. My clothing sizes dropped from a 26/28 and I just bought a pair of shorts in size 18.

I think it's best to exercise everyday. I always remember Richard Simmons saying "you eat everyday so exercise everyday!"

I am down 73.1 pounds since February 16th!
