  2. Hi everyone, I'm almost 4 weeks post op and down 15 pounds. I'm still feeling a little tired but other than that things are going smoothly.
  3. Was sleeved on 9/1015, feeling okay, definitely difficult to stay hydrated. Good luck to the upcoming surgeries wishing you all the best!
  4. Surgery date in exactly one month. Wow. Feeling nervous, anxious. @@notforthefaint the comment you made "just think we'll all be at goal weight in a year" really struck a chord for me. I've been trying to work past my anxiety about whether or not I am making the right decision, and that really helped to remind me of why I even started this journey. So thank you! Now I am feeling that excitement again. Yay!
  5. @perk4765 Thank you! Happy to have found a group, been feeling a bit alone in my process. More recently I started a 12 week series of classes (optional) in my area to branch out. I'm hoping to attend the local support groups next month. I think without some to talk to, the whole process feels a bit surreal. I think I am still in denial a little that I am even doing this. Crazy!
  6. @@MissRobin I'll be having mine in CA, I've been approved through Kaiser for my surgery. Feel grateful for that.
  7. Hey September Sleever's! I'm with you : ) Surgery date September 10, 2015. Having difficulty sticking with the pre-op meal plan but making small changes slowly. Hoping I can get on track. Look forward to hearing about your journey's!
