Your posting has encouraged me to work harder to get to the goal that I need to get to!! 25 more pounds!! Congratulations on reaching your goal---Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
  4. You definitly need some saline taken out and it might just be a little bit? You should stick with liquids and soft foods after a fill?? Were you eating solids?? Your band will be swollen for a few days after your fill, so it may make it difficult for solid foods to pass through?? Hope this helps??
