I was referred in 2012 for surgery went to my nutrition eval and the woman Was so intimidating so I gave up walked away. I was referred back in February 2015 my first surgeon visit was 4/2015 nutrition and psych eval 5/2015 both went well all Testing was negative and I had my last Supervised diet visit with my Doctor June 5 2015 I am currently pending insurance approval I have been a ball of nerves its been 6 days and im nail bitting nervous. I will update as soon as I get any info.
UPDATE: My insurance approved the surgery on June 11, 2015 and I am scheduled for surgery June 29, 2015 at Magee Womans Hospital.
