  3. That would be awesome!!!! I'm from the Windy City....Chicago Where's my bariatric family from ???!!!
  4. I should mention that I'm going to a state-of-the-art bariatric facility in Chicago. My sister is a bariatric nurse. And yes, I trust my doctor very much. I don't know about you. I started taking vitamins in the beginning of the year. so I can get used to taking the vitamins the way I'm supposed to. Trust me it's not easy.. I forget so I set up a timer on my watch!! Lol
  5. What I'm excited about ... The sleevers before us, will keep us up-to-date on their liquid diets. I also hope that they share there feeling after surgery. it is amazing to me how everyone has kept up with this and I'm so happy for that progress.????
  6. I don't have the patience for October!! Lol I only had a three months requirement by my insurance. But it has been so long for me!
  7. @ sjfink I know what you mean.. I have two appointments left. don't have a date for surgery yet. My office waits until the end.. I'm starting to get antsy.
  8. my surgeon said I would be in the hospital for three days at the most. And that recovery is much faster, because they use robotic surgery.. That by two weeks I would be feeling like myself again.
  9. Well I can't say a word until the very end. I was off of work for almost 11 months. I broke my foot and have nerve damage. Also had surgery to repair my clavicle bone...Yes I know, I'm a hot mess!!!. My injury didn't happen at work. But I was lucky enough to keep my job. I guess things happen for a reason. I was not looking into having bariatric surgery....But the more I was home, the more I gained weight, and the more depressing it became for me.

  11. I'm go to see the dietitian today...????????
  12. I thought if I told her, and she'd understand me because she's a very understanding person. I can go ahead and tell my family friends coworkers... but NO! It's okay... What I have learned through all of this is that people don't really want to see you at your best. Is it just me or does anyone's weight fluctuates?? my weight fluctuates between five and 6 pounds every day.
  13. Thanks guys !!! That means a lot to me ???????? .... I feel free here to say what I'm doing, what I'm going through. Without being judge. I recently told my Best friend of 20 years. And she is not supportive at all. @notofthefaint @@perk4756
