Scheduled 11/05/2018 for the second time to get a gastric sleeve. woke up from surgery with the nurses telling me. They were unable to do surgery .unable to introduce Laparoscopy when it needed to be. had to abort it. Too dangerous for me. I was so Very Depressed. I'm doing better with the depression. I must believe My Doctor Aborted surgery to Protect me .But I wanted this surgery so bad. Well I'm suppose to see him on 11/16/18 to discuss alternative methods. Hopefully I can Reschedule it for the third time

Need Help looking for app that I can log my daily meals and print out monthly for my doctor. anyone have a name of such an app that I can download???

The best app for logging food and exercise that I have found has been My Fitness Pal. The list of foods is incredible and very easy to use.

I second MyFitnessPal. I've used it for a long time, even before my surgery. You can print off a report of your food log each day online if you want, and can also run reports on weight loss, calories, nutrition breakdown, etc. I use the mobile app so I have no issue keeping up on my food logging. And when I make up a big batch of something, I'll create it as a 'recipe' in the app, and when you tell it how many servings that bulk recipe makes, it'll tell you the calories/nutrition breakdown per serving. Makes it super easy!

This is my second time around.. Last year I was ready for surgery, Had the Lap band removed to have a sleeve put on. But apparently lap band was wrapped around Liver. Too much scar tissue there. so I didn't get the sleeve. Then I developed Breast Cancer. Had to go through all the radiation & Stuff. Now Oncology says I can proceed with my sleeve. YAAY ! I go again to the 4 Hour Gastric sleeve Class this Tuesday. Then I re meet with my Dr. Michael Russo Thursday for H & P.. So Excited.
