    I do eat to fast still I know and I slacked off my protein and water maybe if I get those back under control it will help
  2. At 8 months how much could you eat at a time and do you remember how much you had lost I'm afraid I'm eating to much

    Didn't realize this about carbs I will try the liquid diet again I did it for 2 weeks before surgery and 2 weeks after so I can handle a few days to get back on track thanks for all the info

    I'm bought some protein shake to take to work with me since I work in a chocolate factory it's hard but most of all just getting up and moving is what I need the most can't let my knees control me. It's mind over matter just have to remember this. Thank you everyone for your support and no negative response I haven't been on here because I didn't want negative reactions. Should've been back on here sooner. Thank you for allowing me back to the losers bench.????

    Thank you for ideas I actually just told myself no more pitty parties for me I did quarter mile on elliptical I know that not much to some but with my knees it's great I have to get my butt back in gear and my mind love the broccoli and chicken idea
  7. I have gotten where I'm hungry all the time I want to snack all the time. I'm eating stuff I know I shouldn't but I'm hungry. Help I have to get back on track. Didn't make this decision to just be a loser all over again. I have had to have knee surgery so it's hard to exercise now and walk some days. I work so it's hard to go to gym. Just need some help to get my life back under control. Thank you for listening and help is appreciated.
  8. Well I'm 4 months out hair is starting to really come out and I've got to find some protein I like. Was down 5 weeks due to knee surgery now I'm back at work so time to get my butt in gear and start exercising just knee isn't totally there. Any ideas on easy good exercise. I have to get this weight kick started back today. Didn't go thru this to not be a winner. I can do this but need ideas. Thank you in advance for all your input. Couldn't do this without everyone's help.

    I will order the book I have increased my protein but was out this weekend I think I got dehydrated so trying to get in lots of fluid which is hard but I'll get there. Hopefully I will hear tomorrow on my blood work so they can figure out just what I need to do. Hope everyone has a great evening thank you for all the support
  10. It gets better but the first week and half I had no energy was so very week
  11. I'm down 52 pounds but had knee surgery a month ago so haven't been able to walk but I'm starting back this week. Never thought I would be out of the 300 and people are starting to notice it I still feel like I'm 330 and should be wearing 4x tops now I can wear some xl it blows my mind

    Congratulations on your weight loss. And I'm sorry that you're experiencing hair loss. Maybe there's a small deficiency? Maybe your doctor can have you run tests? I hope that the hair loss stops.

    Yes my doctor just did my 3 month blood work waiting on results to see what's going on

    I used dr Katsis in Tulsa I'm 3 months out and 52 pounds down but now hair is starting to fall out now
