Any UK sleevers having surgery soon?
Hello Sam, There are a few UK sleevers here, you could try posting in the UK room too. I was sleeved 12 weeks ago. Congratulations on the surgery date! What made you decide on going to Belgium?

How are you doing with exercise?
I walk my dog for 90 minutes a day, up and down hills, through forests etc near to where I live. I joined a gym 4 weeks ago and use the toning tables and the cardio vascular part of the main gym. In 6 weeks I will be giving up the toning tables and starting on the weights, hoping to build up some muscle.

Energy level
Congratulations on the surgery and speedy recovery! I felt I turned a corner with energy at the end of week 5 and I was very good with getting Water and Protein in after the surgery, apart form the first 3 or 4 days. Week 6 was good and I felt back to normal.

Frustrated
I definitely had the moody and irritable stage! I think there are quite a few here who can relate to that too. Are you still taking your acid medication first thing in the morning, 30 minutes before you eat?

Never Hungry!
I am 11 weeks out on Thursday and apart from the few 'head hunger' episodes I had early on, I have never felt hungry. I have to plan my work day out and keep an alarm on reminding me to eat or I would just carry on working and forget. Even seeing other people eating doesn't bother me. I know this will change in time but I am LOVING it right now

So sick...
The chewable ones are fine on an empty tummy but I think you're right. Better taken with food.

Things I'll Need?
@@MIMISAN I am in England and generally, if you are private and paying yourself they like you to stay two nights. I could have stayed up to five but wanted to go home, plus I was doing well so there was no need for me to stay anyway.

So sick...
Such a waste of money! It's odd how things change. I can't face eggs now yet the first few weeks I had them for Breakfast most mornings

So sick...
Since surgery on the 23rd July 2015, I have been taking Centrum Chewable (not gummies) and everything has been fine. I had bloods done and last week got the results which were great. I had no need of B12 injections and Iron was good. So I was very happy. On advice from my dietitian, I started taking regular Centrum yesterday and have thrown up after taking it. All I can taste is the Vitamin and its put me off eating today. My dietitian isn't in until Thursday and wondered if anyone else had this issue?
